How To Make Ice Candy with Cassava Starch ?

with the summer is comming, many people like the cool food. of course ,the ice cream is the best choice for all of you . there is a recipe  for yoru making ice cream. what should mentioned is cassava starch play an important in the recipe. starhc is not only can make vermicelli,cake,but also for ice cream.

3 cups milk (I used 1%, but you can also use skim)
21/2 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps cassava starch
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli 60%)
1 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsps powdered sugar
